For the safety of all pets we require that all dogs and cats
be up to date on all vaccines before participating in any
of our services. For new clients or updated vaccinations, we kindly
request that you (or your vet) fax ahead vaccination records to us at
630-232-8667.
PETS WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINES, FOUND WITH FLEAS OR EAR MITES
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All dogs are required to have:

Rabies

Distemper/Parvo DHLPPC
(Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Corona virus)

Bordetella (from within the past year)
|
|
Negative Fecal Exam (from within the past year)
|
|
Recommended: Heartworm Preventative, Flea & Tick Preventative at least 9 months out of the year, March thru November
|
It is recommended (but not required) to have the bordetella vaccine
in their system at least 10 days before coming to the facility. This
gives time to boost the immune system to fight against kennel
cough.
Please note that the bordetella vaccine can be
related to our version of a flu shot for humans. It doesn’t protect them
100%, but is definitely beneficial to the health, well being, and spread of this
“cold” for dogs. We strongly encourage you to ask your vet for details.
