ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: When you come in to drop off your pet(s) you will be asked to complete an agreement, requiring initials and a signature. You may also download this form in advance here (you will need Adobe Reader). Be sure to fill out both pages for each pet, initialing all 13 line items (even if they don't apply to you or your pet) and sign at the bottom.

DEPAW University, Canine Campus would like to offer you the simplicity and option to make your boarding request online. This is priceless when you can't get to this part of planning your getaway until after our business hours. Reservations will be confirmed with a phone call and/or an email the next business day within our business hours.  When making your reservations on line, please give at least two days notice. Do NOT request boarding for the next day.

Make your reservations as early as you can, especially for holidays, summer months and Spring Break. These times need an average advance notice of 2 months.

We require that you read our Rules and Regulations section on our website each time you make a reservations.  This will be serve as a reminder of what is expected from both of us and in the case of any updates and/or changes.  If you have questions or concerns, please call until your concerns are met satisfactorily. Please note: we need a current credit card number on file at all times for all reservations (see Rules & Regulations for our cancellation policy). Cards will not be charged unless you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled drop off, or do not show up for your scheduled drop off.
